Google Ads Management

Showing up the moment someone is ready to buy.

Google Ads places your business at the top of search results for the terms your customers type when they’re ready to act. Unlike SEO, it works immediately — and unlike social advertising, it reaches people already looking for what you sell rather than interrupting them.

Why Google Ads matters in Australia specifically

Search is the largest single digital channel in the country.

What it costs

Setting expectations honestly rather than quoting a best case: we set your budget from the real click costs in your area, after the audit. Budget is yours and paid directly to Google — our fee is for managing it.

Why most small business campaigns waste money

Three recurring reasons: conversion tracking was never set up properly, so nobody knows which clicks became enquiries; budget spread across broad keywords instead of high-intent ones; and ads pointing at a homepage rather than a page about the specific thing advertised.

We set up tracking before spending anything. If we can’t measure it, we can’t improve it, and you can’t tell whether it worked.

Who this is for

A business that needs enquiries this quarter rather than in six months, or one already running ads without knowing what they return.

What's included in our Google Ads management

Tracking tested before a dollar is spent.

Google Ads and GA4 conversions for form enquiries, calls from ads and calls from your website, tested with a real enquiry before launch.

Tight campaigns built around your services.

Campaigns split by service and area, keywords grouped by intent, and a starting list of negative keywords ("jobs", "free", "DIY", "course") so you don't pay for the wrong clicks.

Search terms reviewed every week.

We read what people actually typed, block the waste, and show you the list in your report.

Ads written for your offer.

Headlines built around your service, area, pricing and licences, plus call, location, sitelink and callout assets. Claims are checked against Australian Consumer Law, and against Ahpra rules for health clinics.

A landing page that matches.

Each ad group sends people to the most relevant page. Where that page is holding results back, we give you written recommendations or build a better one.

Leads that became jobs, fed back to Google.

We import won jobs from your CRM or a simple spreadsheet, so Google learns which clicks turn into paying work.

The right bid strategy at the right time.

We start with controlled bidding and move to automated strategies once your account has enough conversions to guide them.

Always testing.

One or two ad copy tests running at any time.

A monthly report and call.

Spend, leads, cost per lead, cost per job where we can see it, search terms, the changes we made and next month's plan.

You own: the ad account, billed to your own card. We manage it for a flat monthly fee, not a percentage of your spend.

Search terms, bids, ads and budgets.

  6. Month 2 onwards

Frequently asked questions

Google Ads or SEO — which should I start with?

Ads if you need enquiries now; SEO if you can wait and want lower long-term cost. Most businesses eventually run both, since ads also reveal which keywords are worth targeting organically.

What's a realistic budget to start?

It depends on your industry's click costs and how competitive your area is. We work that out before recommending a number, rather than quoting a figure that sounds affordable and doesn't work.

Do I pay you the ad budget?

No. Your budget goes directly to Google on your own card, in your own account that you own. We charge a separate management fee.
