1. Who we are
Mithminds (“we”, “us”) runs mithminds.com. Our team works from Kolkata, India, and we work with businesses in Australia. You can reach us at hello@mithminds.com or on +61 480 801 110.
We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) when we handle your personal information, wherever it is processed.
2. What we collect and how
When you send an enquiry. Our contact forms ask for your name, email address and phone number, plus anything you choose to tell us, such as your business, the services you’re interested in and your goals. The form also records which page or button you came from, so we can see which parts of the site are useful.
When you book a call. Our booking calendar asks for your name and email address, the time you choose, your time zone and any notes you add. It may also record which button you used to open it. Your booking is added to our work calendar.
When you call or email us. We keep your phone number or email address and what you tell us.
When you browse this site. Google Analytics collects information about your visit: the pages you view, the buttons you click, how you arrived (for example from a Google search or an ad), your device and browser, and your approximate location, such as your city. We use it to understand how people use the site. We don’t use it to identify you, and we don’t combine it with your enquiry.
We don’t collect payment details through this website.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and hold the call you booked.
- If you become a client, to deliver and invoice the work you’ve asked us to do.
- To see which pages and buttons help people, so we can improve the site.
We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information. We won’t add you to a marketing email list unless you ask us to.

We also use an email provider, a calendar and video-call provider, and a website host. They store or pass on messages, bookings and site traffic as part of running those services.
5. Sending information overseas
Our team is in India and the services above are based overseas. This means your personal information is likely to be sent to or stored in India and the United States, and it may pass through other countries where these providers run their systems. We use established providers and share only what each one needs to do its job.
6. Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to recognise a returning browser. They last up to two years. The booking calendar may set its own cookies when you open it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on (opens in new tab). The site works normally without them.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and bookings: for as long as we need them to reply to you. If you become a client, for the length of the work and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax and business records.
- Web3Forms deletes form submissions after three years.
- Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted.
8. Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@mithminds.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.
9. Complaints
If you think we’ve mishandled your personal information, email hello@mithminds.com and tell us what happened. We’ll look into it and reply in writing within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au (opens in new tab).
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
