A topic plan built from real questions.
Questions from your customers, Google's "People also ask" and your own Search Console data, each tied to the service page it supports. We plan three months at a time.

Answering the questions your customers are already typing into Google.
Content marketing means publishing articles that answer the questions your potential customers search for, so they find you while looking for an answer rather than looking for a supplier. It’s slower than advertising and cheaper over time.
Many searches are specific questions, not single words. Those are exactly what an article can answer and a service page can’t.
Content now has to work for search engines and AI assistants, which reward different things. AI engines favour specific, extractable answers placed high in the page over general discussion. Practically: state the answer first, then explain it. That’s better for human readers too, which is why we write everything this way.
A business in a considered-purchase category where customers research before buying — anyone whose customers ask “how much,” “how long,” or “what’s the difference between” before they call.
Questions from your customers, Google's "People also ask" and your own Search Console data, each tied to the service page it supports. We plan three months at a time.
The target search, what the reader wants, an outline, internal links and sources, for your approval.
A 15-minute call or voice note per post gives us the real details: prices, local examples, mistakes you see. Two posts a month, usually 1,000–1,500 words.
We use AI to help with research and structure. A person writes and edits every post, checks the facts and keeps it in Australian English.
The answer comes first, with one question per heading, steps and tables where they help, a short FAQ, Article schema and an author bio.
Each post links to the right service pages and two or three related posts, and older posts are updated to link back.
Featured image, alt text, meta title and description, publishing, and submission to Google Search Console.
One older post that's slipping in rankings is updated each month.
Each post becomes a Google Business Profile post and two social snippets.
Visits, rankings and enquiries for each article, so you can see which topics earn their keep.
You own: every word, image and brief.
For your approval.
A 15-minute call or voice note per post.
One round of your edits, then final.
New posts usually take 3–6 months to reach their best rankings. Refreshes of older posts often move faster.
Consistently beats frequently. One genuinely useful article a month, sustained, outperforms eight in one burst and then nothing.
Unreviewed AI content is usually generic, and generic content doesn't rank or get quoted. We use AI as a drafting tool, not a publishing one.
Months, not weeks. If you need enquiries this quarter, Google Ads is the right tool and content is the thing that reduces your reliance on ads later.
